2025 marked the birth of a new athletic tradition. The Kalogria Fit Effect Project concluded its inaugural cycle with two landmark events, transforming the golden sands of Achaia into the ultimate destination for wellness, fitness, and nature.
The Kalogria Fit Effect Project demonstrated in 2025 that athletic passion is year-round. Spanning from May to October, the project fostered a high-caliber community dedicated to premium training standards and ecological consciousness.
The Beginning: May 2025 – The Inaugural "Fit Effect"
It all began from May 1st to 4th, 2025. In its debut appearance, the project welcomed dozens of wellness enthusiasts to the protected Natura area of Kalogria. It was a celebration of rejuvenation, blending dynamic workouts with the vibrant energy of spring. Our partner in this inaugural journey, ArrenA Natural Mineral Water, provided essential hydration under the Mediterranean sun.
The Sequel: October 2025 – Closing the Season with Explosive Energy
The success of May set the stage for our second encounter of the year, from October 23rd to 26th, 2025. Featuring special guest trainer Iris Pavlopoulou (South Fitness Project) and led by Vasilis Polymeros, the program reached new heights. The autumnal breeze of Kalogria and the premier facilities of the Kalogria Beach Hotel hosted:
- Deep Blue HIIT & Functional High-Intensity Training Sessions
- Sunset Pilates & Yoga For an absolute connection with the environment.
- Mindful Movement workshops that elevated the overall experience.
